Senior Executive - Corporate Communications
In this role, I continued the development of impactful branding for events and corporate advertising, ensuring brand consistency, coordinating internal campaigns aimed at executives, multiple photoshoots for internal communications, and maintaining and updating the company's corporate presentation. Additionally, I proactively sought to enhance and optimize the functionality of the Brandix website, eventually taking ownership of the platform. I also introduced editable communication templates for internal use, enabling further adherence to standardized formats and guidelines. I supported the communication alignment with the team in India as well.I played a more advanced role in the company's communication focus on sustainability, particularly through supporting the development of the latest Brandix Sustainability Report and internal CSR efforts under the theme "Inspiring Beyond." My involvement extended to collaborating on the Nielsen survey initiative, which contributed to an improved LMD ranking for the company. My responsibilities also included more collaboration with external agencies including Q&E, GabrialsDesign, Nelli CC, and Ogily for various promotional and creative needs. I was also entrusted with introducing communication guidelines to new recruits during their inductions (both at the local and group levels), as well as overseeing a brief internship on Visual Design for a budding UI/UX designer from india, maintaining the 3Ws of the Communications function, and managing the Brandix Information general inquiry email daily.A highlight of my contributions was successfully completing a makeover of the Brandix website in alignment with the 50th-year celebration of the company and rolling out the internal DNA Survey, revealing an impressive 96% awareness rate for the previously conducted RITE Values Communication campaign targeting executives.
