Rukundo Macdonald is a Business Transactions Adviser specializing in Public Procurement processes and Management. He is skilled in managing competitive bidding for works, goods, services and consultancies from both supplier and buyer perspectives. He is an accomplished trainer in procurement and supply chain matters including Electronic Procurement (EP) and Contract Management. He has great expertise in partnering and handling Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPCs) projects as well as a vast experience in handling Public Private Partnership (PPPs) initiatives. He helps companies/organizations to incorporate sustainable procurement practices into company processes.
