I founded BePro Consultancy, a capacity building and consultancy firm based in Jordan and I am pleased and proud to say that BePro was one of the leading Human Development and HR Consulting firms in Jordan, that expanded across 4 countries and had extensive experience in the MENA region and South Asia.Through our Human Performance Development services, I focused on motivating employees by changing their attitudes, which in return enabled them to give the best they can in both their professional and personal lives. With 30 years of experience, I have developed comprehensive knowledge of the local cultures in the Middle East, which has enabled me to customize my approach to account for the intrinsic differences between the local culture and global best practices.I also focused on the psychological aspect and the mindset of employees in order to build a culture that utilizes excellent Sales and Customer Service skills, very strong communication, negotiation and relation building skills. I strongly believe that if employees learn how to change their attitudes - and that of the people around them – there would be less stress, better communication, more happiness, lower turnover and more productivity.
