I am an undergraduate journalist, having worked in the field for a few years. Being a good communicator opened doors for me to other opportunities (teacher, speaker, content creator) and helps me a lot even today. From an early age I became interested in acting in socio-environmental projects, having created and executed more than a dozen initiatives, in NGOs and companies. I worked as an executive in a large education company for 10 years, taking care of teams of technical and creative people with different levels of performance. This experience awakened me to the subject of innovation, which made me pursue a master's degree in technology. In the last few years I have been dedicated to creating and developing projects and programs that generate positive impact on the world, such as: Developing people who work with social and environmental impact, such as NGO leaders who work with nature conservation and entrepreneurs who want to create or develop good businesses for the planet; Social and Environmental Innovation, with hackathons, incubation programs, and business acceleration. I have also been able to share some of the knowledge acquired throughout life, as a facilitator of courses and communities of practice on topics such as: Business Models for Social Enterprises, Human Centered Design, Business Creation for Sustainability. And more recently I have been putting my experience at the service of people who want to change the world, as a mentor and evaluator of people and projects in Brazil and abroad. But my greatest achievement is being able to live with, learn from, and watch my daughter Julie grow up.
