Coming from an orthodox and deprived background, single-handedly formed the self-help group and on a very nominal budget in her fight for equality for women artisans, Became a member of Gramin Vikas Evam Chetna Sansthan (GVCS) and started working towards the upliftment of women in all spheres. (2008 -2010). Elected President GVCS, 2010. She collaboratively developed a sister producer company that makes designer clothes and products intricately handcrafted with all the love, efforts and dedication. Each design depicts a beautiful story behind its craft. The intricacy of applique; fascinating embroideries; skillful hand-weaving and various other crafts are fabulously balancing the traditional feel with modernity.
