It is no secret that every top performer (in all fields) has a coach - whether s/he is striving to reach the top or whether s/he is already at the top and looking to sustain or break new records or leave behind something valuable. Every top performer has passion but not everybody creates value worth leaving behind. So, what is the differentiator? Most leaders today have passion but donot have clarity on what is their purpose - why do you do what you do and why do you choose a certain path over others in order to reach a destination. That's my singular focus - to enable leaders and organisations to live their purpose without fear.After almost 20 years of varied corporate experience across the world (US, Europe and India), today I co-own 2 progressive companies - Progress-U in South Asia and innOgru, having a panel of 13 coaches doing some innovative work across all leadership levels.Today, we cannot deny the impact of climate on our lives and our duty to contribute to the issue of climate change. I am partnering with climate change coaches (CCC - www.climatechangecoaches.com) to bring in a psychological and system lens to the issue of climate change. Through this channel we work with progressive organizations who have climate change and sustainability on their agenda.I have trained professionally as a relationship coach with CRR in London and US and as a co-active coach with CTI in London (the oldest coach training institute in the world).My early experiences as the only woman in Mechanical Engineering and my subsequent foray into hi-stakes sales (once more as the only woman sometimes) has shaped my character and destiny.The work that I do with the C-Suite (individuals and teams) is cutting edge focusing on topics like power dynamics, self vs collective, alignment coaching during conflicts, toxins in relationships, cyclical patterns of behaviors etc. Through my work with organizations like the United Nations (UN), Bayer, BASF, Henkel, Capgemini, REWE, Savencia, Virtuos Sparx, Godrej, Mahindra & Mahindra, Maxlife etc, my vision is to organize the leadership to ultimately influence fearless cultures.
