o Set up a practice - Application Life Cyle Management - defining how Operate ERP as One globally in UnileverTo Drive resilience, cost efficiency and innovation in IT - professionalizing the way it is runCreated an Operational Control Centre for IT Operations and Global Project Delivery on Innovation side.Within 2 years, have set up one of the world's largest instance of SAP solution manager to enable this o Reported to VP Enterprise Solutions, member of Global IT leadership team in ERP team that handles transactions worth over € 51 Billion.

o Responsible for Order to Cash IT operations for a Rs 22,000 crore business which leads the market in India in FMCG.o Lead a team of IT managers who worked closely with business and vendor partners on site.o Led initiatives for business value realization from IT – in warehouse management, supply chain and finance.o Set up the SAP Application Services team across all functions; coming up with new models for low cost of operations which have been benchmarked to be the best in Unilever and in FMCG world.o Conceptualization to implementation to ongoing support - setting up organization structures, vendor management and all that it takes in between.
