Established and managed relationships with vendors, advisors, strategic partners, and investors. Collaborated with CEO in fundraising $2.3M in NIH SBIR grant funding.

Assisted the business development team at Mount Sinai School of Medicine's Technology Transfer Office in assessing commercial viability of new inventions and identifying potential licensees or investors. Also acquired experience reviewing term sheets and analyzing patents.

Relaunched new Microscopy Core Facility serving over 100 labs and 300+ users. Raised $1M in NIH Shared Instrumentation Grant (SIG) funding for new equipment. Created new services, pricing structure, operations policies, and procedures with over 50% increase in user capacity. Provided advanced microscopy consultation, training, and experimental design expertise to 600+ investigators. Hired, trained, and managed all core facility staff.
