I am a certified executive coach, professional filmmaker and physician with over 15 year's experience in coaching, behaviour change and health education. As an executive coach I work with my clients to help them build meaningful, balanced, creative lives. My current coaching clients include physician leaders, CEOs, Seattle Children's Hospital Physician Leadership Programme and a wide range of professionals, at all stages of their careers, working with me to create lives they truly want. I am a coach and owner at Sequin Life (www.sequinlife.com). I also run coaching workshops teaching leaders to use coaching skills, tackle burnout and create a leadership manifesto. I have developed a portfolio career as coach, physician, health educator, film maker and CEO of a non-profit. My personal career highlights include my series of Bollywood style health education films which are used internationally to raise awareness of heart disease and diabetes.
