Wastewater Engineer
CurrentAs a Wastewater Engineer, I am responsible for ensuring that all new and existing Wastewater Networks are maintained to the appropriate industry standards. I have experience in all aspects of staff management, CDM regulations, Health & Safety, Risk Analysis, Procurement, Budgetary control, Quality systems and Operational direction. I am highly motivated, innovative and challenging engineer who is enabling the best value for the company and the client. With meeting internal and external clients on a daily basis, I demonstrate a professional working relationship which provides a positive profile of the company that I represent.In this position I ensure that all contractors comply with the approved requirements. I also supervise contractors, undertaking work on behalf of Veolia within the MOD Salisbury Plain and Aldershot areas, ensuring company Health & Safety policies are met and are fully complied too. Undertaking inspections and testing of new sewers, maintaining the hand over documents from the principal contractor and ensure certification into service, provide technical support and resolution to internal and external clients, ensuring that safe systems of work and method statements are followed and are relevant to the work, and resolve any day to day issues regarding the existing Wastewater Networks such as repairing collapsed pipes, re-lining works, root cutting and HPWJ.
