My responsibility is to provide high quality clerical support to the medical, nursing and health care staff. Part of my duty involves preparing booking pack for patient’s first midwife appointment. In addition I answer queries via telephone and email and also make calls as necessary. I serve pregnant women as a patient in the reception and also help them to book their future appointments with midwives and doctors. Currently I am working with EPR, CDR and View Point system for patient booking.
