- Oversee departmental service quality, operational efficiency, talent upskilling and retention.
- Liaison with the ownership group and manage all union and vendor relationships.
- Control and optimize operating expenses to minimize budget variances.
- Drive revenue growth to capture fair share with the aim on increasing REVPAR index.
