Current•Lead various Root Cause Analysis (RCA) involving equipment failure with minor recurrence using RCA method•Critically analyse equipment failure data, service report and Scope of Work (SOW) in ensuring smoother daily operations •Successfully led 28 projects that includes mechanical and electrical fields•Assigned as the Division’s key reference expert specializing in material analysis in more than 40 cases involving electrical and mechanical failures such as power plant generation, electrical substations and transmission tower•Facilitated Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for power plant packages to develop Preventive Maintenance Strategies for all disciplines including Mechanical Static & Rotating and Electrical•Led a team consisted of various disciplines such as Engineers, vendors and third parties by chairing discussions to overhaul assets and perform Equipment Criticality Assessment •Developed a database to record the long-term performance and development of mechanical type test of fully assembled composite cross arm of 132kV and 275kV transmission tower •Developed Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) and involved in Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities for rotating and static equipment such as Mechanical Completion inspections, equipment final alignment and Mechanical Run test exercise•Acting as the first line responsible to perform equipment troubleshooting during the startup and operation of electrical and mechanical equipments•Performing monthly System Applications & Products (SAP) review and administration matters such as approval of the subordinate’s timesheet approval•Oversaw day to day operations and administration matters in the Division at the same time ensuring top notch quality of work delivered
