1) Explore new business & shipping opportunities for the existing fleet2) Carry out dry, break bulk and tanker chartering and operations with owned /chartered tonnages with third party cargoes (operating module).3) Communicate and meet with cargo owners and vessel owners for exploring new business opportunities for fleet vessels.4) Explore opportunities of COA and long term contracts and develop fleet accordingly.5) Production of FFAs,bunker swap monthly settlements and month-end P&L6) Work with sales and purchase team to identity and procure new vessels for the fleet.7) Prepare & circulate dry and tanker market updates, analysis and insights to management.
