With over 30-years of leadership experience in the global hospitality, retail and luxury businesses, I've joined HMC Enterprise. I will be focusing on driving the strategic vision of the company that will be fulfilled by Responsible, Experiential luxury and Legacy building in the Luxury hospitality and Tourism universe.I will be guiding the company leadership and industry teams to fulfill their highest potential with my rich experience in world class hotels, luxury retail and FMCG insights, including several years of leadership roles IHG, Radisson Hotel Group, Steigenberger Hotels in Asia Pacific.I draw inspiration from Global Travel, Immersive Music, traditional cultural shows and Authentic connections with family and friends

•Initiated and fully integrated Hotel, Regional & Global sales force with Key account management principles and RFP processes to enhance the value, by 24% in terms of USD revenues and 25% by way of new customers, for our Hotels. •Developed Sales & marketing review as a platform to evaluate the effectiveness of hotel sales & marketing function and offered directions that enhanced their efficiencies by 30% and competitive position in their respective markets.•Conducted annual Business Plan reviews for the Managed Hotels to ensure that these reflect true positioning in respect of their pricing to the target markets and all related strategies support RGI improvements by at least 10%.•Provided functional support to all the New Hotel Openings with the critical path in creating visibility to our existing customers, building launch plan pricing strategies by segment, interview & selection of DOSM and drive preferences within the Carlson system during Key-client events and RFP’s.

•Re-organized and created a Shared Services Structure to drive sales, marketing and reservation. This model helped Carlson to uplift their brand image and maximized economies of scale for the franchisees, there was a growth of 100% in GOP – 70% through revenues and 30% by way of cost saving.•Provided regular feedback and analysis on the competition, economic and market information to identify trends and draw long-term plans for the region and sign-off all the business plans for the hotels.•Acted as a brand custodian in the region and developed an Advertisement Film for ‘Radisson Brand’ to enhance its image and visibility in the region.•Rolled-out a loyalty program for 200 travel professionals in the region. Also, developed & launched a joint Dining Program to drive 8% incremental revenue with 15,000 members for all our hotels.•Initiated capability enhancement programs, such as Revenue Optimization and Key account management, for the entire sales and reservations community.
