I design, develop, and implement sensitivity and diversity training programs and instructional materials focusing on LGBTQ+ issues.I develop instructional materials and deliver training for young adults (ages 14 to 17), using short films and various activities that aim to prevent homophobia and transphobia and inform students about the diversity of the LGBTA+ community, gender roles and gender expression.

I manage all aspects of delivery of communicative tools for children that develop their emotional intelligence, from production and marketing to expansion into international markets.

I developed a series of interactive workshops for students aged 13 - 16 about LGBTQ issues and I travelled to a number of elementary and some secondary schools around the Czech Republic to deliver the workshops.
