Monitor AOT's, data capture and analysis capabilities to quickly identify problem areas and provide corrective action.* Total of 35+ sites needing new installs of PC's, Laptops, printers, scanners, and credit card transaction units with cash drawers in and around Lansing, Grand Rapids and Metro Detroit.* Re-Image, configure and Deployment of Retail POS systems per AT&T specs.* Remote support to retail sites using Remedy ticketing, Cisco VPN and DameWare remote.* Troubleshoot and correct any network, pc or telephony equipment malfunction issues.Environments: WinXP, WinSrv2003, Active Directory, Office 2003, IE, VPN
