I am currently licensed in Florida, Indiana, Illinois (Hoff Realtors) and Wisconsin. My focus is on commercial investments from users and investors to developers. For many years now I thought it was only a death benefit and didn't pay attention to it. Now, as I have discovered that you can use Whole Life and my favorite, Index Universal Life Insurance as not only a death benefit and end of life planning piece of the puzzle, but also as an investment vehicle over time, with a death benefit as the anchor. Making your own decisions on how to participate in investing your cash value for maximum growth over time, being able to borrow from another bucket of money the insurance company has that doesn't affect your cash value growth rates, using it as another source of retirement income all with end of life benefits, including a death benefit. I also learned how companies use life policies to incentivize key employees and that the top 10 banks have over $75 billion in life insurance on their top executives. Incredible!
