I am an ISO 9000, 27000, ISO 20000, CMMi (DEV & SVC) Internal and Lead Auditor and CISA certified professional with expertise in gap analysis, implementation, and accreditation of organisation quality management, information security management system, design and testing of IT controls, software development, technology risk and compliance leading to continuous improvement across various industry sectors i.e. IT, Manufacturing, Banking, Health, Hi-Tech and Telecom.I have worked as Senior Systems Engineer, Project Lead, Contract Quality Manager and SQA Manager, Security Consultant, and IT auditor and have gained experience in IT governance, compliance, technical insight to system design, and controls. I have worked in all 3 lines of organisation defense provided risk oversight and compliance assurance of IT general and security controls through internal and vendor audit and control testing ensuring regulatory obligation are built in the control and system design and are met. I have working knowledge in designing and implementing certifiable IT systems and components complying to Australian State and Federal government security frameworks and standards like ISMF, ISM, PSPF and financial and health industry regulations e.g. APRA CPS234, CPS231, CPG235, Card Data Industry PCI-DSS, Food and Safety specific standards and guidelines (e.g. NSQHS). In all my past and present assurance roles I was instrumental in uplifting team's capability on process and IT internal audit, understanding and application of industry specific regulatory and client's requirement by planning and providing regular hands on and classroom based training to project and program leads, mentoring , assessing and chartered self-development pathways for the junior and new joiners.
