Various logistics related activities across different areas within the Supply Chain.Main responsibility areas: Execute warehouse- and logistics transactions in SAP for equipment, tools and spare parts. Prepare, submit, receive and file logistics related documents. Arrange and coordinate transportation to various locations onshore/offshore. Stock balance administrator of assigned parts and consumables, including consumption and installation of offshore Inventory. Make requisitions for spares, tools and consumables. Verify and be first approver for incoming invoices related to transport, parts and consumables. Organize stock counting/ preforming cleanup and report stock according to procedures for TechnipFMC own toolpool and various customer inventory. Contribute to effective storage and logistics processes, performing assessments and analysis and suggest improvements. Responsible MA for TechnipFMC Rental department, company owned tools. Responsible MA for coordinating all logistics tasks, inventory handling and spare part requests for TechnipFMC MMR Department.  Intercompany sales orders.Close cooperation with several departments:Purchase department, Warehouse, Offshore, workshop, Service- and Hardware project group, MMR (Overhaul) and TechnipFMC own Rental department. Daily interaction with external stakeholders:tansportation company, customer, suppliers etc.Technical skills and Organizational competences: SAP, RMC (Booking System Norsea), Office 365 , SharePoint, Power Point.  Customer Service, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, Sales Order Process, Coordination, Team work

The position have included various tasks across different areas within the Supply Chain with main focus on spare part handling. A close cooperation with service project, offshore personnel, warehouse, purchase - and sales department. Main responsibility areas: Evaluation of spare part need for offshore mobilizations in cooperation with organization and inventory analyst. Including coordinating larger spares packages for International projects. Ensure optimal stock inventory offshore storage. Plan, coordinate and execute all transaction needed for spares during mobilization towards rig/vessels. Follow up inventory and consumption towards offshore personnel. Perform annual stock counting of rig/vessels. Ensure complete demobilizations of inventory is completed after closedown of rig/vessels. Work related to external sales orders for international and norwegian customer (Spare parts) Work related to intercompany sales order (Spare parts)Technical skills and organizational competences: SAP, ORS (Internal offshore report system), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point.  Customer Service, Inventory Management, Logistics execution, Sales Order Process, Coordination, Team work
