As the Chief Commercial Officer at KS Orka Renewables, I oversaw the legal, contractual, and procurement aspects of the company's greenfield and brownfield geothermal projects across Asia and Europe. With more than five years of experience in this role, I have successfully negotiated and secured power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts, drilling contracts, and operation and maintenance contracts, as well as managed litigations, disputes, and claim issues.I hold a Master's degree in Law & Economics from Aix-Marseille Université, and I have a strong background in international law, business development, and project management. I am also on the board of directors in our subsidiaries in Indonesia and Turkey, and I led the legal and supply chain management departments. I am passionate about renewable energy and its potential to create a more sustainable and prosperous future for our planet. My mission is to leverage my legal and commercial expertise to deliver high-quality and cost-effective geothermal solutions for our clients and partners.
