Leading the work in designing and building the first of it's kind circular fertilizer production facility. As it is in a small company, the role include everything from pre-project planning, solution design, negotiations, govenrnment contacts, logistics, continous problem solving, as well as getting hands dirty with the physical build. Responsible for the company's commitment within the valuewaste.eu project. It included the management of the project, but also planning and executing the rebuild and transfer of an industrial pilot plant for nutrient recovery. Redesign, the actual rebuild and all the related logistics was included in the scope. All this during the restrictions imposed by Covid-19

Specializing in cross-functional work mainly within the start-up/innovation domain.* Developed an experienced based leadership program, “From Specialist to Leader” to provide guidance for specialist’s moving into leadership roles* Interim CEO to establish and develop a travel company aiming to attract Chinese tourists to Scandinavia.

* Developed Axis Academy, a global L&D/training division to strategically use vendor/partner training as a sales tool to support the company’s goal to change the entire industry.* Designed the program and developed all content, which was a cross-functional mix of technology and sales/marketing classes. * Trained global trainers, whom in turn have trained 10.000+ industry professionals through these training programs all over the world.* Project manager within the Sales engineer organization. Organizing learning conferences with end to end responsibility for 100+ global service engineers.

* Different roles within the furniture giant. Qualified for and attended High Potential Program within IKEA Retail. Project manager for a large scale platform integration project.

* Captain and Commanding Officer for a 250 conscript and 20 officers/junior officers strong operative Signals Company. Overall responsibility for the operative state of the unit, including equipment worth more than 500 mill NOK, as well as PL responsibility. * Second Lieutenant and Executive Officer in charge of running the daily operations of the company and be responsible for projects and training alongside the Platoon Commanders.* Second Lieutenant and Platoon Commander for Junior Officers Technical Training School. My key role was leadership training and development, but also included responsibility for all “green parts” of the young officers training in addition to teaching pedagogical skills.* My biggest achievement as a Company Commander was to bring a majority of the company - even the garrison platoon - out on a 5-day infantry winter exercise in the mountains of Norway. Four days into the exercise, a snowstorm hit us with full force. Within a few hours I had learnt and practiced more leadership than a normal desk jock does in a year!
