Initially I have worked with coordination of installations of PhoniroLock systems and later with the organisation of the logistic department.

Redsensemedical AB Halmstad - Pte Ltd Singapore Contract assignment at Scandinavian-wireless MalaysiaI have been responsible for trouble shooting and setting up manufacturing plant with clean room for medical equipment manufacturing in Senai Malaysia. Furthermore I have been responsible to implementing cost down activities in the product design, changing manufacturing processes and automatation. The assignment has brought me into fiberoptic, sterilization, sealing and microbiologic technology and given me experience from medical manufacturing requirement. Currently I am finalizing my contract assignment. I am living and working in Malaysia and I am holding a PR and Pte Ltd in Singapore.

gigaAnt was marketing and developing Blue Tooth and WLAN antennas for the telecom and PC industry utilizing different technology.I have been responsible the development projects of antennas to PDA, pocket PC, Tablets and Notebooks. SonyEricsson, Compaq, Intel, NS, HTC, Inventec are some of the companies I have been coordinating global development projects together with. I have been responsible for the antennadevelopment to the iPAQ, with product owner Compaq in US, antenna developing teams in Sweden and Singapore, production of antennas in Malaysia and the final iPAQ ODM (HTC) in Taiwan.I have been managing development and manufacturing of a the Danish product "PHONECLIP" - a link between mobile phone and hearing aids with manufacturing in Hungary.Finally I have been project manager for integrated speakerbox projects for Sony Ericsson mobile phones with manufacturing in China in volumes of 250 000 units a week. The structural change of the telecom business resulted in that gigaAnt merged into Moteco, which was bought by Perlos and Perlos was integrated into LITEONMOBILE.

Pricer developed electronic (ASIC) shelf price labels for shops. Pricer faced 1997 both quality and delivery problems. I initiated and introduced new strategic outsourced contract manufactures for the volume production of price labels (millions) in Malaysia and the more complex base station (thousands) to Ireland and brought the quality level and delivery precision to an acceptable level.

Heat Tech manufactured induction heating equipment and utilized old technology. As technical manager I transferred the latest switched power technology (IGBT) from the Japanese Company Neturen. Heat Tech Induction was started 1992 with 50 % Japanese ownership, new product and marketing areas were introduced. I developed together with German companies very complex and highly automated induction-hardening machines. Later on I was appointed business area manager for these induction-hardening products in the European automotive industry.

Solna Printing Machinery developed and manufactured offset printing machines. In the 1986 model a lot of electronic equipment was introduced but it was not reliable functioning. The machines were already delivered all around the world when I was headhunted to the company. These printing machines were up to 30 meters of length, hold minicomputers, microcomputers, electronic control and automation and precision mechanic with qualified graphic technology. Under extrem time pressure, I managed 20 qualified engineers in fault finding in the design and manufacturing and had service team to modify the printing machines in the field. I reorganized the way the development and systems were purchased and controlled from consultant and subcontractors.

As design engineer I developed different micro processor based control systems to supertankers. 1975 I was appointed to manager of the design department holding 20 electronic, PCB and precision mechanic engineers. My department developed advanced electronic and precision mechanical products for the shipyard and other industry.
