Continued the growth of the company alongside highly talented colleagues, expanding to a team of 30 skilled consultants by 2023. In Connect, we actively supported our customers’ growth by developing their in-house capabilities, enhancing digital marketing measurement and analytics, and effectively operationalizing their efforts.Stepped in as interim CEO between May and August 2022, successfully covering for the CEO during his paternity leave. Co-founded Proletar in 2017 alongside Geirr Tvedt and Magnus Wrangell Ruud. We established Proletar as a data driven marketing consultancy, which gained recognition as Agency of the Year and was subsequently acquired by The North Alliance in October 2019. Following the acquisition, Proletar was rebranded as NoA Connect, and our Swedish team joined forces with Peregrine to form NoA Connect in Sweden.Key responsibilities included: CFO, Operations, sales, and client advisor.

Collaborated with a dedicated team of highly skilled analysts in Google's Large Customer Sales department to analyze extensive data and turn it into practical business insights.* Led a project using Google's data to examine how Norwegian eCommerce companies compared to foreign competitors across different sectors, revealing that Norwegian companies were falling behind their foreign counterparts in the domestic market.* Developed an omnichannel framework that provided valuable insights into the changing behaviors of customers and the retail industry in Norway.
