Broad experience as IT manager in financial services and the software industry. More than 15 years of experience from various roles from IT director, international development manager, software team manager, and project manager and project owner for large scale software development projects. Worked in international environments for more than 10 years leading distributed teams collaborating across country boarders and markets. My 20+ years of experience is a result of three major and different fields of interest first within the consulting industry delivering customized solutions, then within one of the leading Nordic softwarehouses focusing on developing mass-market software products, and finally in a position at the customer-side.I have a particular interest of the challenge of creating and linking IT strategy with effective execution through collaboration and teamwork finally resulting in better experience and value for end-users and stakeholders. My experience and preference of way of working has always been within agile methods and principles starting with DSDM already in the 90ths, continuing with introducing and implementing Scrum and Kanban in Visma, and now finally working towards a more agile culture in Lindorff.I have worked within the major technologies starting with Java in the 90ths, continuing with Microsoft C++ and C#, and finally adding the Oracle platform in Lindorff.
