In charge of the IT department involving a broad range of responsibilities from internal development of the core business systems, to operations, and management of the IT application portfolio. Member of the country management team acting as the IT adviser for the business leaders. In addition I have been member of the Group IT management committee covering software development, change programs and IT strategy.

Head of the ERP department and responsible for the development of a major part of Visma's ERP products. The product portfolio included both international and national products, developed by distributed teams located in Europe. A major part of the journey was to integrate the major local ERP development teams into the new centralized international software division. Then to enable the strategic development of integrated family of support systems such as point of sales, reporting services, CRM, etc. To speed up development we established a new delivery center in Romania tightly integrated with our local development teams.

Project portfolio management, project management, quality assurance, contract management, sales, software development. I was involved as project owner and project manager for the major projects which established Computas as one of the leading providers of case-management systems in the public sector in Norway. Computas was also a major contributor to the Norwegian Computer Society's first agile contracts called PS2000. I contributed to the standard and was also heaviliy involved in negotiating and managing the large development contracts.
