Decreasing the as-is amount of Working-Under-Suspended-Load operations.• Highlighting the lack of documentation of CTQ for blade, and how it was not clearly communicated to the operators - resulting in a large number of product damages.• Conducting analysis and communicating visually of needed post molding footprint layouts of new production facilities.• Conducting analysis of needed storage yard layouts, ensuring safe maneuverability of +100m and +50Ton products.• Defining requirements for use of Reach Stackers to mitigate high-cost cranes as short term solution. Defining requirements for new concept of yard handling equipment to mitigate reach stackers and cranes as a long term solution - ensuring design of blade and frames are enabling the new concept for the next generation GE offshore blade.• Representing the Manufacturing Equipment department towards the Next Generation Offshore blade Project.o Defining needed equipment interfaces and position on blade to cover all equipment and processes from demold to blade lifted on vessel. o D-FMEA for blade design.o P-FMEA for blade yard handling operation.• I brought a holistic overview to the teams discussions, and tried to bring down the siloes between blade, equipment and frame design.o Blade design limitations sets requirements for equipment.o Frame design savings on steel, leads to a difficult handling operation, which requires expert knowledge of operator.• Educating engineering colleagues and creating guidelines on how to use Reliasoft FMEA tool, for P-FMEA and D-FMEA.
