I have an analytical approach to problem solving which helps me understand constraints, focus on the CTQs and from here determine solutions. 𝐄̲𝐱̲𝐩̲𝐞̲𝐫̲𝐢̲𝐞̲𝐧̲𝐜̲𝐞̲ ̲𝐒̲𝐮̲𝐦̲𝐦̲𝐚̲𝐫̲𝐲̲Through my 5 years at LM, I have been working in different roles in the Manufacturing Equipment department. In the first years I was the Leading Engineer on mold projects being manufactured at external suppliers, and the last 3 years I have mainly been involved in Offshore blade handling - Continuous improvement of existing process/equipment and analyzing potential new concept – The Next Generation Offshore blade and its frames will be designed for a new safer handling method, due to my work.For the project of the Next Generation GE Offshore blade, I have been representing the Manufacturing Equipment department in collaboration and discussions across a large matrix organization with Blade design; Process team; Footprint team; etc. – here I have used my analytical skills to understand the complexity, and then communicating my holistic overview to help the team navigate in the complex decision makings. I have showed this when being part of sessions regarding Root-Cause-Analyses / Design-Failure-Mode-Effect-Analyses / Process-FMEA.
