In my role as Project Manager – Compliance, I focus on three key areas:Compliance: I ensure that stakeholder project reporting aligns with company KPIs and current activity levels. These reports are delivered to the Danish Board of Business Development, the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science, and the Funen municipalities. The compliance area also includes managing governance for co-funding from the Danish Business Authority, ensuring our cluster members submit the necessary partner and de minimis contracts.CRM: I optimize the organization’s knowledge through operational data management. I work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure all cluster member data is up to date. As a member administrator, I manage the customer journey from onboarding to annual membership billing, ensuring a smooth process for new and existing members.Business Intelligence: I conduct industry analyses, particularly within the European Drone Industry, to support event growth and recruitment. This includes studying nearby markets and similar events to increase participation leads. Other analyses involve project recruitment and identifying relevant technologies for industries like horticulture and defense. I also developed a system to automate data flow from The Central Business Register (CVR) to our Key Account Managers via LassoX. Other BI activities include NPS, ESCA certifications, and survey work with Enalyzer.In addition to these areas, I support colleagues in project management, primarily focusing on data, IT, CRM, and assisting with various project tasks as needed.

Master’s Thesis in Collaboration with UnicontrolProblem statement: How do distribution strategies, clustered learning and internationalization theories shape a company's approach to global markets? Summary:The research focused on evaluating Unicontrol’s distribution model, analyzing how change and state aspects impact its internationalization, and exploring the benefits of clustered learning within the Odense Model.Outcome:The study concluded that while Unicontrol’s distribution model fits its current environment, improvements could enhance internationalization capabilities. Additionally, the Odense Model’s clustered learning offers valuable opportunities for innovation and market competitiveness. Conclusively i presented the conclusions and the executive summarty for the management at Unicontrol.

My internship at Unicontrol consisted of two main parts: CRM and Business Development.CRM:Unicontrol had recently transitioned their CRM system from HubSpot to Dynamics, which required a significant cleanup of the transferred data, including leads, companies, contacts, and ERP connections. Additionally, there was a need to create dashboards and views for both management and sales personnel. I was fortunate to collaborate on projects with the CRM supplier to help design, align, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring the CRM met Unicontrol’s specific needs.Business Development:I worked closely with the Sales Director and CCO to map out the distributor journey for both current and prospective distributors. This involved determining the phases they should go through, what these phases should consist of, and identifying the trigger points for moving to the next step. To ensure a thorough analysis, I conducted interviews with various levels of the organization. Additionally, I was involved in identifying potential distributors for Unicontrol in the United States.
