I have 15 years of managerial experience with responsibility for both other managers and employees. As a leader it is important to me to lead with strength, communicating clearly, openly, and honestly, while being visibly present and involved. I maintain high standards in the work environment and use those standards to inspire and motivate both others and myself to develop professionally and interpersonally. I am not afraid to lead the way, even into what may feel like a headwind, facing difficult decisions directly. I approach leadership with a team mentality, both working alongside and coaching my team according to the type of approach that would provide the most value in a given situation; and, that said, I think it is also important to note that I am able to discern my own limits and when it is time to pass the ball to another teammate.My ability to communicate clearly and accurately has contributed to a high level of well-being in my work environments, and my engagement and energetic drive towards enhancement has been respected and valued by employees, colleagues, and other managers.I have extensive experience with process optimization, compilation of statistical tools, and in reporting and change management. I have produced good and solid results throughout my career due to my focus on employees’ well-being as well as through my ability to innovate and find creative ways to solve challenges and incite change. I believe that man is the most important player and that IT systems must support and optimize this.
