Transitioned GDPR procedures from project with external resources to in-house standard operational procedures. - Selection of a new POS solution for 300 Vitusapotek and Ditt Apotek pharmacies.

Multiple roles targeted economic development and access to services in Nepal for UN and other development organisations, including:- Donor coordination lead for UNDP on USD 1 Bn national flagship local governance programme (LGCDP) to provide a single point of contact for 14 development agencies and the Ministry of Local Development- Post-Disaster Needs Assessment for Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) after the April 2015 earthquake- Interim Councellor at the Norwegian Embassy with responsibility for monitoring development assistance in the Good Governance sector in Nepal.- Team leader for Annual Quality Assurance Assessment for UNCDF on Local Governance programme- Adviser to BBSM (Bhat Bhateni) for their store expansion programme in Nepal
