About Rune Rex

I dream of a future where we only realize the best ideas, the ones that answer the functional, social and emotional jobs of customers, and the ones that leave the largest impact on society and smallest footprint on the planet. In my work life I have facilitated 100+ ideation workshops, screened 1000+ inventions, trained 10.000+ individuals in innovation methods, built 500+ prototypes resulting in 60+ license agreements across the team. Independently designed products and services, produced products, been part of opening an independent brand store in Copenhagen.My own designs have been on the frontpage of Springwise and featured in: Euroman, Wallpaper, Inform, Designmatters, Trendhunter, RUM, Art Rebels, Børsen, Dwell, Cover kids, Monocle among others. Through these achievements, I have been testing and strengthening my insights on what are the essential elements of the process of getting ideas and making them work in real life. My main responsibilities throughout the years have been: facilitate ideation sessions(online and offline) explore and implement tangible innovation methods, infuse productive and creative mindsets in people, understand user needs and customer jobs, create product and service design that matters, prototype experiences with customers to gain valuable feedback, review product samples and oversee production in Shenzhen.I therefore see it as my mission to help people and organizations realize their best ideas and turn them into value. To contribute to the process of progressing from a low fidelity prototype to a succesful pilot – that’s what I love to do.
