This included helping to secure financing for our tv and film projects, overseeing animation production in Los Angeles, acquiring and building new IP, initiating licensing programs for all current IPs including gaming and toy creation, and supervising all company wide publicity efforts. In addition, I secured unique global partnerships that not only created awareness of our tv and film properties but concrete ROI. My distribution efforts included locking in tv and online broadcast windows in all markets worldwide and ensuring a strong presence with buyers at all global markets including Cartoon Forum, ACE Korean Conference, KSCM (Seoul), KidScreen, MIPJr, MIPCOM, International Licensing Show (Las Vegas), ComiCon and Brand Licensing Europe (London).
