I'm a pharmacist with a broad range of experience across all areas of pharmacy. However, my speciality is radiopharmaceuticals. My current role is as PET Chemistry Operations manager for the Positron Emitting Radiopharmaceutical Laboratory (PERL) at King's College London. Our facility provides radiopharmaceuticals manufactured to GMP for use in the PET Centre at St Thomas' Hospital and in the Guy's Cancer Centre at Guy's Hospital, London. We have an exciting pipeline of tracers which we are developing and translating into clinical production within the facility. I'm also a keen runner and am a coach for Warriors Pentathlon and Athletics Club. I still hold the fastest recorded time in the UK for an under 17 year old girl over 10,000m, I've won the Halstead marathon (twice) and I'm still competitive in my age group.
