Following the sale, Craig oversaw the integration of 21c into Accor and served as a member of Accor’s North & Central America CODIR (Executive Committee).In 2015, Craig led a process to find an institutional investment partner, which culminated in the creation of a dedicated 21c investment fund raised and managed by Junius Real Estate Partners, a specialized real estate investment unit of the J.P.
