The tablet application considers accessibility by users of various language abilities, and also incorporates gamification techniques to motivate users to return to the application and advance in the curriculum. Willing Hearts | 2 weeksTaking on the role of Project Manager in this project, my team and I redesigned the Willing Hearts website with the goal to: 1) Better communicate the work and impact that Willing Hearts makes to the community 2) Make it easier for volunteers to sign up to be a volunteer 3) Convince donors of the impact that they are making with their donations to Willing Hearts. DMK | 2 weeksThe focus of this project was designing an omni-channel strategy that would leverage on DMK's strong retail store presence by examining the activities that could be performed in-store versus online, thereby optimising the DMK shopping experience.

• Collaborated with clients to gather requirements and understand their business workflows in order to effectively implement Sign.net, a digital signing solution that leverages blockchain technology.• Created wireframes of proposed solutions to establish a common understanding between all stakeholders on each project, including clients and developer team, successfully clinching key accounts for the startup.• Designed the user onboarding flow using HubSpot to onboard more than 5,000 users in the first 6 months of launch. • Conducted user research and identified user pain points on the Sign.net application and proactively proposed UI/UX improvements to remove roadblocks and successfully reduced user issues on the platform.• Worked closely with developers to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables for clients.
