Current• Leading a three-people DA/BA team to process company sales data and conduct data analyses from the perspective of business sectors, product ranges, geographical distribution, profitability, etc.; identifying development trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales performance• Preparing business analysis presentations using data visualisation for management, directors, team leaders, and external stakeholders; engaging with the Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR team to understand needs and challenges better and improve the data processing cycle• Formulating annual sales targets based on a revenue forecasting model; designing annual sales commission plans and incentive schemes to execute strategic initiatives• Awarded with the title of Level 1 Internal Trainer
