I have a strong background of daily financial tasks including AP & AR handling, customer invoicing and accounting, making me understand most of the financial processes from bottom to top - from the daily tasks to reporting and analyzing the numbers.I consider myself as a hard worker and I'm always eager to learn new things. I enjoy challenges for they make me grow both professionally and as a person. I'm easy-going, flexible and can work either independently or in a tight teamwork environment. During the last year, I expanded my duties to include Pohjola Sairaala's customer invoicing as well.Handling the Accounts Payables included doing postings, transferring invoices to bookkeeping and making payments to our foreign suppliers manually in SAP system. For postings and other AP invoice handling I used IP Basware.Besides handling AP, I also took care of the foreign payments that our customer's (bank) customers were sending. After receiving the payment forms filled by customers I entered the data in our payment system and made sure everything was okay so the payment would transfer without problems. Usually the forms were missing some of the required information so I had to contact the customer/payer by calling them.
