Project: Myskills, nursing skills learning service. Redefining nursing education, how can 'MySkills' transform skill acquisition for tomorrow's nurses?I joined a service strategic project called MySkills(nurse education category), worked as UX designer to collaborate with the team to identify user pain points and facilitate a prototype test with customers to collect feedback of the initial conceptual prototype.

Kicking into the image guided therapy world together with medical experts to image the future professional healthcare products.During my six-month internship, I worked on various projects, including consumer products and professional medical products ventures. I collaborated with different professionals, such as software developers, design researchers, designers, product managers, and medical specialists.Working with diverse teams gave me a broader understanding of different roles in the organization. I improved my communication skills by presenting concepts to the Philips IGT team. I also worked closely with medical specialists to create design mockups for complex medical procedures, using sketches to facilitate discussions among the team.In addition, I supported design researchers in two projects, helping with VOC facilitation, customer feedback analysis, and interviews for medical projects.Overall, this internship was a transformative experience that exposed me to various projects and improved my collaboration and communication skills. I look forward to applying these skills in my future endeavors.
