• Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal as per set schedules, provides technical guidance to appraisers, oversees proper documentation.• Develop, monitor, manage and evaluates projects/programs under guidance of immediate supervisor.• Prepare all necessary program management documents such as implementation plans, log frame, indicator matrices etc.• Support the communication team in designing/preparing behavior change communication strategies/approaches/materials • Prepare evidence based results’ documentation induced by such strategies/approaches/materials• Prepare first internal assessment & pre-board result distribute there students.• Preparing Offer Letter/ Appointment letter and other official documents related to management• Search, maintain records and confirm Internship• Conducting Joining formalities;• Maintain personal files in hard copy as well as digital copy• Maintain students profilea database• Update the career site
