• Drafting, reviewing, & conducting verification of trade queues for different products like Interest Rate Swaps, Credit Default Swaps, Swaption, Straddles and Cross Currency Swaps as per International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) regulation and validation of daily trade feeds• Ensure all the outstanding confirmations in drafting Q are chased on daily basis and escalate all the trades which are breaching EMIR and Doff Frank Timelines.• Dispatch STP rate to be increased by 85%• Accuracy of Drafting should be maintained at 97%• Ensure there should not be any CCB while handling confirmations.• Escalate all scenarios where bespoke langauge is added in confirmations.• T1 dispatch rate to be improved by 91% .• Identify atleast 1 opportunity for robotics implementation• Coordinating and working closely with regional Legal Operations Department (that has the overall responsibility for ISDA Master Agreement Negotiation & Transactions), the business and other stakeholders• Assistingand publishing daily/ weekly/ monthly MIS on time• Ensuring timely resolution to the escalations for the Operations Groups and Middle Offices • Understanding & fulfilling needs &requirements of internal & external clients • EnsuringiCheck List is updated for all daily tasks • Maintaining Green KRIs/ FED targets• Reviewinglegal agreements such as ISDA & CSA (International Swaps, Derivatives Association, Credit Support Annexure), Finance, F & O, Prime Brokerage Agreement and extracting legal & financialparameters from the legal agreements and indexing them within Bank systems• Responsible for timely execution of trades and chasing counterparties for outstanding confirmations• Liaisingwith traders & overseas middle offices for the confirmation of trades with counterparties• Preparing& presenting derivative trade life cycle document to senior management; providingproduct and work flow training to junior trainees

• Ensure hundred percent login & issuance within the specified TAT all over the zone• Endure strict adherence on all life/non life renewal target as allotted by HO all over the zone• Ensure that there is zero error while making data entry in Wealth Maker by branch support executives• Impart Training & motivational Programs to branch support executives as & when required • Relationship Management with the principle Insurance company for timely collection of business MIS• Updating critical & confidential business data in the Wealth Maker• Coordinating with other departments like Sales,Hr,IT for smooth Operational process• Resolution of clients grievances & request, especially the high value clients• Managing the branch claims both life & non-life & there due processing within the specified TAT• Audit, Reconciliation & analysis of branch reported vs. actual business volume on daily basis• Reconciliation, analysis & reporting of the Incentive & salary structure of the employees of various grade & their due discrepancy with proper recommendations/observations to my seniors on weekly & monthly basis• Coordination with HO for any complex Operational Task• Ensure Smooth petty cash Management in all over the bran

• Accepting transfer requests, RTGS, NEFT etc., from customers and ensuring the processing of the same as per time lines• Attending all customer queries and resolution of the same• Doing all other inter-bank transfer request• Doing all the cheque clearing process, passing entry into the system & reconcile them at the day end• Re-filling & servicing of the branch ATM• Acting as back up for the Teller or Cashier• Accepting request for TD issuance, renewal, closure including deposit loans• Savings bank a/c opening & documents reconciliation along with entry into the system

• Checking & analysing the task list provided; identifying the problems weak parameters and working accordingly.• Administering the CROs and assist / help them in achieving targets.• Making awareness to partners about KYC / E-Account and NJ India Online.• Handling the HNI clients of the company by holding regular meets with them & helping them with all the necessary infrastructural & technological support & solving their queries if any from our end
