IBM India is responsible for redesigning the tactical version of the tool to a web-based strategic version. This is the first team in Shell who started developing the application using .NET 3.5 framework.Role : Project Manager Defined the scope for application development for Lubes class of business, grouped different custom based pricing applications as per their portfolio, proposed design to accommodate all functionalities to globally support Shell Pricing. Used structured approach to quantitatively assess the feasibility of application development.  Liaised with Business Service Managers (BSM), Application Specialists, Leads & Delivery Manager from Shell.
