I have 2.8 years experience of blast furnace operation & Pulverized Coal Injection process & control .| I am fully engaged in ⬇️ this activities following SOP || BF -02 | 630m3 | Commissioning | stoves | stock house | SGP | PCI | BLT | GCP || PCI 02 (Bowl mill 18TPH)Commissioning trials & control || BF - 01 (450m3) | | DRY GCP |✓ Dust delivery , Silo & bag inspection, pug mill inspection, shutdown activities , silo taken inline & offline, proper house keeping, problem find & rectification, human works with CO - monitor & O2 monitor, maintain log sheet properly .| STOCK HOUSE |✓ Material feeding in bunker, maintaining bunker level, proper communication with RMHS , proper cleaning of all screen, proper screening of materials, calibration of hopper , material batching without delay follow by burden sheet , inspection of raw materials , helthiness of conveyors & all equipment , find problem & rectification propper maintaining logsheet, proper housekeeping of area. | BF PROPER |✓ Physically tuyere monitoring, observing of brightness of tuyere & skull dislodged, Lance checking, monitoring of blow pipe & compensator , taken corrective action by SOP , strictly checking of shell cooling by stave water temperature , CO monitor is compulsory in this area , proper house keeping. | HOT BLAST STOVE |✓ Maintaining required HBT , Taking manual & semiauto mode changeover , monitoring of all valves & their helthiness, monitoring of body & blast line temperature, CO - monitor is compulsory, proper housekeeping of area.| PULVERIZED COAL INJECTION 01| process type : - Manual mode✓ Coal mill type:- Vertical roller mill Coal mill capacity:- 33 TPHmaintaining raw coal bin , proper grinding of coal, maintaining HAG temp, Mill outlet temp, proper filtering of coal , maintaining fine coal silo level , maintaining all equipments healthy parameters, proper housekeeping of area Coal injection from tank :- ✓ maintaining set point of injection rate ,coal line filter cleaning, coal conveying medium Nitrogen & Dry air, maintaining all logsheet & Facing problem with confidentially & handling of PCI .
