Software Engineer
CurrentOperational Responsibilities:• Managing projects, process regulation, documentation and tracking • Identifying training needs and providing refresher sessions for existing team• Handling a team size 3 Software Associates• Delegating tasks and set deadlines, overseeing day-to-day operation and monitoring team performance• Ideation of the Governance tracker and Production Quality tracker for the entire span• Partnering with higher management in recruiting process, training and development for the new joiners Technical Responsibilities:• Generate customised solution using Advance SAS and PL/SQL techniques• Collaborating with onshore partners for developing best coding practices for customised report request• Attending frequent brain-storming sessions with onshore partners for customised solution building process• Extracting, collating, performing data integrity checks, manipulating and analysing data using Advance SAS, PL/SQL, Advance-Excel, SQL, VBA and Access• Walking team-mates through code developing process• Documenting and presenting work to onshore partners/clients• Maintaining the research database, renewing and improving it from time to time and make sure safe storage of data• Reducing process time by implementing automation techniques• Documenting and presenting work to onshore partners/clients/• Maintaining the research database, renewing and improving it from time to time and make sure safe storage of data• Documenting and presenting work to onshore partners/clients
