Then the Service Engineer visits the site,inspect the fault & rectify it either by repairing or replacing the spare required to get the issue resolved.The major customers are IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, Nayara, Essar, Reliance.The roles & responsibilities in this job are• Regular check-ups, installation & maintenance of Fuel Dispensers, STP, ATG, Vapor Recovery System,Orpak Automation System• Software upgradation & Re-Calibration of Fuel Dispensers on yearly basis• Hardware maintenance includes replacing of hoses, joints & nozzles & other hanging hardware of theDU.• Repairing/replacement of SMPS card, Relay card, Emergency Push button• Repairing of pumping units & motors used in the Fuel Dispensers• Repairs/replacement of keypads, printers & other peripherals• Repairing of Submersible Turbine Pumps, control/isotrol box, supply connections & Automatic TankGauge.• Repairing of Constant Voltage Transformers, Servo Stabilizers & other related products• Orpak Automation includes software upgradation/formatting in the automation system, creating/updating settings required to run the dispensers in automation seamlessly.• Orpak Automation also involves resolving the issues customers face while operating the DU inAutomation mode• Overall service management involves joint visit with the pipeline vendor/electrical contractor/LegalMetrology Officers & Oil Management Company's officials.
