Also going to start Brokerage House in Dhaka Stock Exchange.Current Major Job Responsibilities:Develop, update & implement HR policiesTo maintain and oversee all routine activities that includes: Recruitment, Selection, Performance Appraisal, maintain personnel files & records, disciplinary actions etcEnsure & maintain different audit for certification like ISO, WRAP, FSC, etcCoordinate & assist other departments for the smooth operationsDevelop different departmental SOPs for smooth operationsResearch and Develop Policy and Procedure for the Organizational Operations.Design and conduct Training and development programs for the staffFacilitate Induction ProgramGrievance Handling
