Key Responsibilities:• Handling Recruitment for IT Companies like: Hexaware, Ness, Virtusa Polaris, IGT Technologies etc.• Technologies like Java, J2EE / .NeT, Sharepoint etc.• Recruiting candidates using the job portals like Naukri. Indeed, Linkedin, Monster etc.• Interviewing candidates over telephone.• Discussing the profiles with the candidates.• Scheduling Interviews for Candidates with Clients.• Preparing Interview Tracker and sending to Clients.• Taking care of Internal Recruitment also.• Coordinating and scheduling Interview for candidates with Managers.• Maintain the candidate Details in excel sheet.• Follow up on the interview process status.• Closing the Openings in Given time.
