As an HR Associate I am responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, associate engagement, performance monitoring and associate counseling.Briefing of the Profile:- Working closely with various Departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;- Promoting equality and diversity as a part of the culture of the organization- Sourcing Candidates- this includes developing job description and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and recommending for final interview;- Responsible for all on board formalities -this includes reference check and verification of credential- Maintain personal records of associates;- Preparing staff books;- Planning, coordinating and sometimes delivering, training - includes inductions for new associates;- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers;- Various MIS- attrition, absenteeism, training, etc.- Employee engagement initiatives.
