A young, strong willed, dedicated and passionate science post grad aiming to work with reputed institutes in Cancer field so as to bring out the best possible and effective solutions to this deadly disease while also brushing up my skills and knowledge and gaining wisdom and perception from them.A degree in Microbiology has helped me to look into the microbial world by using tools and techniques and a training in Bioinformatics has helped me in analyzing 16S metagenome sample by using Linux commands and also processing of raw data by FastQC.I did my dissertation on adhesion proteins of Helicobacter pylori to target them against anti-microbial peptides with the help of Bioinformatic tools like ClusPro, GalaxyWEB, MolProbity and PyMOL.
