Rupal Sangoi (B.Ed, CELTA, M.Sc.-Human Development)I’m is a Certified ESL (English as a Second Language) Trainer and an academician in English Proficiency training with a wide experience of 14 years in teacher training as well as pre-school, primary and higher secondary school level education. I have worked with various organizations, NGO’s and Ed Tech companies in Mumbai and across Maharashtra via online and offline modes.I have also been awarded a Certificate in English Language Teaching to adults (CELTA) by the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations. CELTA is teacher-training course, which combines generic training, teaching practice, written assignments and specific subject knowledge for teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages. I have been working extensively in the education space for over 14 years in diverse capacities as a teacher educator, content writer and a curriculum developer too with organizations such as Muktangan, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Navy Nagar, etc.Through my roles as a Teacher Trainer, Content Creator, Leader of the Department and Operations and Co-founder, I have honed my skills and expertise in the field. I have been extensively involved in creating, designing, documenting, conducting Pre-service and In-service Teacher Training modules, designing regular assessments for English Curriculum based on the pattern of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) from grades I to grades X and have conducted teacher-training workshops as a part of the professional development for various elite schools and NGO’s in Mumbai.
