Recruitment: Independently handling the Recruitment and Selection for all the levels. Looking after the Recruitments, Manpower analysis, preparing job description for all levels, coordination with recruitment agency, managing job portals, head hunting, designing proper recruitment strategies to optimise the recruitment cycle, taking first round of interview and negotiation to the finalization of salary... Orientation / induction Programme: Conducting orientation and induction programmes for new appointees in coordination with the functional heads. Performance Appraisal: Actively involved in the performance management system in coordination with the functional heads. Coordinating with the employees and the functional heads in filling the job charts, collecting the job charts, analysing the data and give it to the HR Head. Training and Development: After the collection of Job Charts analysing the data to derive the training needs, designing and implementing the Training Programme in Coordination with the Functional Manager. Taking the feed back and doing the post training evaluation after implementation of Training Programme.Payroll: Giving inputs like attendance, employee details, and salary break up to the payroll. Coordinate with the Accounts Dept. for salary processing and disbursement of salary. HRMIS: Maintaining & updating employee personal and professional records and providing report to management as and when required, and updating the databases and preparing reports in weekly and monthly basis.Separation: Conducting the EXIT Interviews of the employees, preparing the full and final settlements, maintaining the database and preparing the reports regarding separation.

Handling All HR related issues like: • Recruitment: Analyzing and studying man power requirement, identifying source, managing job portals, doing head hunting, screening resumes as per job requirement, doing preliminary HR interview, scheduling test & interviews, generating offer/appointment Letter. • Conducting Campus Interviews and Recruitment Camps.• Maintaining Client- relationship• Team handling • Induction: Completion of the joining formalities and inducting the new employees.
