Project Description -Next Generation Policy Administration System is a strategic in-house application which implements the Benefit and membership administration for Medicare population. Current membership is 8 million US populations which includes group retiree membership. It also acts as a single source of truth of eligibility for various interface systems like claims and Pharmacy Benefit Managers. The main features of application include Enrollment, Fulfillment, Billing and Work Queue management. There are 1300+ TWS jobs and database in RAC. Peak number of users is estimated to be 4000. GPS GUI is web-based application.Role & Key Highlights - Leading a team of 4 people spread in two geographies (Hyderabad and Gurgaon) , I am Accountable for 24*7 availability of application. Daily, Weekly and monthly Load to have data in sync with live environments. Medium level experience in ITSM. Responsible for creating WSR, Monthly status report, Keeping track of ISR, Daily assignment /follow-up of work. Check weekly/ Monthly application Dashboard, provide data needed for PMR.
